Sevasti Koutsikou

Sevasti Koutsikou is Audit Manager in FiveB Auditors S.A. and α valuable member of our team since 2018. Dedicated to the financial industry for over a decade she has experience in different business sectors, which enhances her understanding of the market’s risks and our clients’ needs. She guides the rest of the team towards achieving comprehensive audit services and quality assurance in the audit procedures in order to improve the reliability and validity of financial statements.

Sevasti holds bachelor’s degree in Business Administration of the Athens University of Economics and Business and master’s degree in Financial Accounting & Auditing of the University of Thessaly. After the completion of the exams at the ACCA (Association of Chartered Certified Accountants) she became an official member of the largest global body for professional accountants.

Among the services provided by FiveB, she has been part of numerous tasks, such as:

• Statutory audits of financial statements in accordance with International Standards on Auditing (ISAs)
• Application of International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS) and Greek Accounting Standards (Greek GAAPs).
• Part of the Annual Tax Certificate in accordance with the provisions of article 65A of Law 4174/2013 and the provisions of the International Standard on Assurance 3000
• Valuation Reports in accordance with article 17 of Law 4548/2018 for purposes of Corporate Conversions (Law 4601/2019, 1297/1972)
• Expenditure Verification audits of European Programs in accordance with the International Standard on Assurance 4400 and the National Expenditure Eligibility Rules
