George Dokos

George Dokos is the managing partner of our firm. After completing his Academic Studies, he began his professional career during which he completed his studies at the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Greece and was promoted to Chartered Accountant in 2012. In his extensive career, which spans 20 years as a Chartered Accountant, he has led numerous audits and provided audit services to domestic and foreign clients who are established or are establishing themselves in Greece or who have transactions with Greece. These services include projects related to the regular audit of commercial, manufacturing, industrial and service companies.

He has extensive experience and is the head of the departments dealing with:

• Merger & Acquisition
• Business Valuations
• Business Plans
• Due Diligence
• Conversion of Companies
• Preparation and Compilation of Financial Statements in accordance with International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS) as well as
• Reports (Internal Report)
