Aristotelis Makos

Makos Aristotelis is partner and BoD member of our firm. After completing his Academic Studies, he began his professional career during which he completed his studies at the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Greece and was promoted to Chartered Accountant in 2014. In his extensive career, which spans 17 years as a Chartered Accountant, he has led numerous audits and provided audit services to domestic and foreign clients who are established or are establishing themselves in Greece or who have transactions with Greece. These services include projects related to the regular audit of commercial, manufacturing, industrial and service companies.

He has extensive experience and is the head of the departments dealing with:

• Tax Audit – Tax Certificate
• Transfer Pricing

& served as partner of the departments dealing with:

• Audit of financial statements in accordance with Greek Accounting Standards (ΕΛΠ) as well as with International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS)
• Conversion & Merge of Companies
